Leaders come from all different socioeconomic backgrounds, and we work to offer the Alzar School experience to as many deserving students as possible. Alzar offers tuition assistance to students from all backgrounds, with a special focus on supporting young leaders from our home communities of Valley County, Idaho, and Patagonia, Chile. This financial aid expands access to life-changing programming.

The Leaders Rising Campaign is Alzar School’s most ambitious fundraising effort to date, dedicated to enriching the student experience by enhancing our Idaho campus, completing Base Patagonia in Chile, and strengthening our financial reserves. Since its launch, the campaign has expanded our Idaho campus to 450 acres, improved faculty housing and infrastructure on both continents, and advanced major construction projects in Patagonia, including the multi-purpose quincho, and a main classroom building. Finally, the Resilience and Resourcefulness Fund, a critical initiative of the campaign, ensures Alzar is prepared for future challenges and opportunities while remaining committed to accessibility.
2025 marks the final year of the Leaders Rising Campaign and we aim to reconnect with alumni and others to inspire broad participation at any level. The campaign’s impact is transformative—not only have we raised nearly $4.5M, but we’ve also built a strong foundation for future fundraising success.
